If the broker doesn't force you to return the shares you will probably do very well as netflix is going to be eaten by the pipe guys who aren't getting paid now and I'm sure with the growing traffic they intend to. the model doesn't work well when you have to pay for your cogs.a netflix short is ddangerous, but potentially very lucrative. As a processor, not a miner, its fortunes are subject to its ability to pass on REE price increases in its products. haven't studied that, so don't have an opinion on if i like the company or not. I look at P/Es as well, but the EBITDA number is a good measure of value and somewhat akin to the amount of cash a company generates. A simplistic example is you buy a company for all cash and pay 5X EBITDA for it, you've got a 20% pretax return. It's easier to measure against similiar companies as each will have a different debt structure, tax bracket, depreciation method, and accounting policies. Any way you value TNDM it is cheap as long as they can keep minutes growing faster than pricing shrinks; so far so good.William F.
